Shipping & Return Policy

All hardcover book orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

All hardcover book orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Delivery can be expected within 2 to 8 business days from shipping.

Hardcover book orders are offered at $5 flat rate shipping within the continental US including AK, HI, PR, GU, US Virgin Islands and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

For orders of 3 or more books, shipping is free!

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you would like to receive a tracking number, please email us at info@smellynellybooks.com

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@smellynellybooks.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and Refunds – Hardcover Books

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the order amount minus a 25% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@smellynellybooks.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Refunds are not available for ebook purchases.
